We challenge ourselves to make Carlton & United Breweries a community where everyone is included and respected. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where all colleagues are able to bring their authentic selves to work every day. We respect the unique ingredients that make each and every one of us an individual and we believe that this approach enables innovation, creativity and inspiration to thrive.
We support all types of families and we have accordingly set a parental leave standard that is available for all parents –male and female- after having a child, whether welcomed by birth, through adoption or surrogacy.
We recognise that what flexibility means is different for everyone. We have options to help you think about how you may tailor your work.
Workplace gender pay equality is achieved when people are able to access and enjoy the same rewards, resources and opportunities regardless of gender. At Carlton & United Breweries we are proud to report that we there is virtually no remuneration gap according to gender for individuals employed in similar roles at similar levels.
We have various Female Mentoring Programs designed to empower our women and build our talent pipeline.
