Our Communities

Established to provide a community for women in leadership roles, the Amber League hosts monthly sessions focused on professional development, problem solving and networking with external speakers from Business Chicks, Chorus Executive and Victoria Police. The community aims to create a network of driven professionals and help women seize their potential in the workforce.

Carlton & United Breweries has our own branch of AB InBev’s LGBTI Network. The network is named L.A.G.E.R, which stands for “Lesbian and Gay + Everyone Respected” and was established with the primary goal of ensuring that LGBTI colleagues feel accepted, valued and confident to be themselves at work. The L.A.G.E.R network hosts regular networking and guest speaking events which all employees are welcome to attend.

Asia Pacific South Female Mentoring Program

Designed to foster talent in the Asia Pacific region, The Asia Pacific South Female Mentoring Program pairs 20 high potential individuals located in Australia, India and Vietnam with a mentor who can help these women realise their potential in a chosen profession. The ultimate goal of this program is to develop the next generation of female leaders.

Inclusive Parental Leave

We support all types of families and we have accordingly set a parental leave standard that is available for all parents –male and female- after having a child, whether welcomed by birth, through adoption or surrogacy.

Equal pay

Workplace gender pay equality is achieved when people are able to access and enjoy the same rewards, resources and opportunities regardless of gender.
