The short answer is No.

CUB’s beers are differentiated by their raw ingredients, formulations, and process variables such as fermentation conditions and yeast type.

In respect to Fosters Lager and Crown Lager, the two products are most definitely not from the same brew. They are differentiated by both their ingredients and fermentation conditions.
