Collingwood’s record-equalling 2023 Premiership just got a whole lot sweeter.

Carlton & United Breweries has released a limited-edition run of Collingwood premiership cans to keep the celebrations flowing, with 35,000 slabs leaving the Abbotsford brewery this week.

Collingwood captain Darcy Moore was joined by co vice-captain Jeremy Howe at Dan Murphy’s Richmond to crack the first celebratory Carlton Draught.

Fresh off the heart-stopping and historic victory that had all footy fans on the edge of their seat, Moore said he couldn’t wait to share a couple of cans with his premiership teammates.

“It’s been an unbelievable week for the whole Collingwood Football Club community and these cans are another special addition to the momentous occasion.”

The cans feature Collingwood’s iconic black and white colours along with gold, and the final score of the 2023 AFL Grand Final and name of Norm Smith medallist Bobby Hill.

Carlton Draught Marketing Manager, Monique Di Gregorio, said she was proud to celebrate the Magpies’ premiership success as the Official Beer of the AFL.

“As a long-standing partner of the AFL, we raise a Collingwood Can to their 16^th flag and the undying passion of the Magpie Army that helped get them over the line.

Collingwood cans are exclusively available in Victoria across leading bottle shops, retailing from around $60. Collingwood cans are available for purchase by adults only.
