CUB is one of the most iconic companies in Australia with our history dating back to our Cascade Brewery in 1832 and Victoria Brewery in 1854.
We brew some of Australia’s most famous beers, including Victoria Bitter, Carlton Draught, Great Northern, Pure Blonde, Carlton Dry, and Crown Lager, as well as craft beers including Balter, 4 Pines and Pirate Life. Our stable of brands also includes global and premium beers such as Corona, Budweiser and Hoegaarden.
We are proud of our unique heritage and our role as the custodian of some of Australia’s most-beloved brands. But we also push the boundaries, with a culture of collaboration and candour that drives us to develop market-leading innovations.

Our ciders include Bulmers and Mercury, and our craft beers include Balter, 4 Pines and Pirate Life. Our stable also includes global and premium beers such as Corona, Budweiser and Hoegaarden, and we recently launched the first non-alcoholic beer in our 180-year history, Carlton Zero.

But as market-leading innovators, we are never satisfied. This saw us named as one of Australia’s most innovative companies in 2019 by AFR Boss and it is why we continue to build and partner with brands as Australia’s drinking habits evolve.
From Carlton Zero to acquiring leading craft brands such as Balter, we are at the forefront of Australian brewing.
Our commitment to being the best beverage company in Australia has seen us recently expand our portfolio to include Lexington Hill Cocktail Club and Riot Wine Co. Riot’s sustainable model has seen it become the only company in Australia that sells wine exclusively in kegs and cans.
