Tips from our talent team

1

Do your research

We are a company built on a Dream; to bring people together for a better world. Make sure you understand our culture and that it aligns with you as a future employee and ambassador.

2

Take the opportunity to shine

The recruitment process is your opportunity to talk yourself up… so take the opportunity! Most of us find it challenging to talk about ourselves, our achievements and what makes us awesome – but in an interview that is essentially what’s required. We need to know why you are the best possible candidate for the role. This is your opportunity to shine – so take it!

3

Demonstrate why CUB is the place for you to thrive

Be clear on what your motivations are for wanting to join CUB. We all love beer – but what else is there? Think more broadly than just product – what is it about our business and culture that inspires you?
