Your first step towards a global career as a future leader. Being immersed in real projects from the get-go, you’ll learn first-hand what it takes to run one of Australia’s most iconic FMCG companies.

The Program

From brewery operations to sales, you’ll master the fundamentals of every department in our company across a 10-month rotational training program.

As part of the program, you’ll travel to St. Louis, USA and to Shanghai, China for global and zone inductions on our culture, strategy and structure. Here, you’ll gain a high-level overview of our company and even take on the challenge of discussing your learnings with our CEO and key senior leaders.

You’ll also have the chance to meet other GMT’s from around the world, providing you with an opportunity to build lasting relationships.

Supply Management Trainee

Kick-off your career and progress as a leader in the manufacturing and logistics industry.

The Program

Develop the technical skills to brew the beers we’re famous for across a 12-month functional training program in the Supply function.

Working closely with our senior leaders, you’ll also expand your leadership skills by managing hands-on projects centered around technical and practical challenges.

Engineering - Chemical, Mechanical, Process, Production or Electrical

Commercial Management Trainee

Deep dive into a career as a future commercial leader and add value and impact from day one.

The Program

Work on our well-loved brands and impact sales and revenue growth while driving customer engagement across a 12-month functional training program in the Commercial functions.

In this program, you’ll experience a mix of formal and experiential learning. You’ll start with an in-depth 4-week company induction, then participate in cross-functional commercial projects and also accelerate into your first role in the trade representing Australia’s leading brewer and beer brands.

Summer Internship Program

Put your university theory into practice and jump in the deep end to develop real-world experience.

The Program

Challenge yourself to dream big with a 10-week summer internship at CUB. You’ll be placed in sales, marketing, supply or support to work on real business projects, engage with senior leaders and deliver tangible results. At the end of your program, you’ll put what you’ve learnt to the test by delivering your project presentation to senior leadership.

Global MBA Internship (GMBA)

Our Global MBA (GMBA) Internship is the pipeline for our full-time GMBA Program, a one-year high potential leadership program for MBAs across the world.

The Program

During the 10-12 week functional GMBA Internship, you’ll be placed in sales, marketing, supply or support and complete a real business strategic project which you’ll present to senior leaders at the end of the internship.
