Global Management Trainee

Working on real projects from the outset, our Global Management Trainee Program is the first step in a global career. You’ll be treated as a future leader, learning about what it takes to run one of the world’s most successful companies.

The Program

For 10 months, you’ll learn about our entire business; from supply, logistics, sales and marketing through to information technology. You’ll also be exposed to our other functions – people, legal and corporate affairs as well as procurement and finance.

To be eligible you will have less than 2 years full time work experience with a Bachelor, Masters (or equivalent) degree in any of the following disciplines:

Business, Economics, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Science, Engineering, Law or IT
